Apleona HSG Facility Management will act as a central facility management service provider with responsibility for all integrated Facility Management services at Jenoptik’s German locations, including technologically complex production locations and the corporate headquarters in Jena. The client is counting on Apleona HSG’s strong regional coverage.

In addition to a range of infrastructure-related tasks (cleaning, security and reception services, archive management, etc.) within the group of companies, Apleona HSG Facility Management and other business units of Apleona will also take on property management services including rental contract management for Jenoptik companies and commercial management of company-owned properties. With its technical services, Apleona HSG Facility Management qualifies as a responsible partner that supports its customer’s core business. As well as operating all technical building systems, Apleona HSG Facility Management will also be responsible for the technical operation of laboratories and cleanrooms and for ensuring that these are available and properly supplied (e.g. with high-purity water and air). The two companies also intend to work together to further optimise the digitalisation of facility management at Jenoptik and thereby increase transparency in processes.
